Day 3 of Road Trip to The Grand Canyon

I think I saved the best for last! I absolutely love these shots from the Grand Canyon. I don’t recommend traveling to the Grand Canyon or Page, AZ over Labor Day weekend though, as there is very little lodging in the area. My sister and I decided to wing it and camp if we had to after visiting Antelope Canyon. Bad idea. Even the camp grounds were full, so we ended up spending the night in my car in the parking lot of the Grand Canyon. Turned out to be a blessing because we were right there on the South Rim for the sunrise!!! Once in a lifetime shots. After the Grand Canyon we headed to Las Vegas with a pit stop at the Hoover Dam. That rounds out the photos from Road Trip 2015. Which are your favorites?
